The Current Employment Statistics (CES) program is a monthly survey conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. It is a federal and state cooperative program that provides employment, hours, and earnings estimates for states and metropolitan areas based on payroll records of business establishments.
The CES dashboard provides employment data for Missouri and Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA). The Missouri Employment tab provides an overview of current and historical employment for the state of Missouri. The MSA Employment tab provides an overview of how employment in different MSA regions compare with one other. The Detailed Industry Employment tab provides more detailed industry employment data.
